I unboxed the stack of Ledger, which has a large share of hardware wallets.
It took more than a year longer than expected due to display issues, so I was able to get the NanoS Plus model and magnetic shell as announced by ledger
A letter-like documentation seems to provide an introduction to the stack.
This is what the box looks like after removing the outer plastic. It looks like they put as much thought into the packaging as they did into the price.
The back has detailed specs.
Open the box and you’ll see a neat stack. Behind the stack is a Type-C cable.
The box is divided into two sections, with the instructions and seed syntax sheet on the back.
This is the Ledger Stack. It’s smaller and cuter than you think.
The backside is neat, too.
I powered it up and saw the familiar E-INK panel with the blinking screen that I’m used to seeing on my e-reader.
I also opened the magnet shell, which has a nice scratchy design.
For the record, here’s a quick unboxing.
I’m still in the early stages of using it, but first impressions aren’t bad.
